POPLARVILLE, Miss. — Pearl River women's basketball continued to collect postseason honors, as Jahanna Wilson (Jackson; Callaway) was named to the All-Region 23 Team following an outstanding season.

Wilson adds the regional recognition to an already impressive list of accolades after earning First Team All-MACCC honors and helping guide the Wildcats to a conference championship and Region 23 runner-up finish.

Wilson served as the engine of Pearl River's offense throughout the season, starting all 28 games and averaging 11.0 points and 4.2 assists per contest.

The guard shot 36.4 percent from the field and 33.9 percent from 3-point range while knocking down 70.5 percent of her free throws. In addition to her scoring and playmaking, she contributed 2.7 rebounds per game and consistently set the tone on both ends of the floor.
